batch 10/17 FTL side by side. A more complex and balanced version tonight. I’m not a huge fan of vanilla adjunct in meads but it balances the acidity so well.

Another nice one. Interesting to have side by side with Find the Lady. In comparison, a bit of a darker/less acidic berry flavour, with surprisingly present vanilla. Bit more complexity but preferred the brighter flavour of Find the Lady.
