Toppling Waters

The summer of 2019 marked our first collaboration with the barrel-aging legends at Central Waters Brewing Company. In true collaborative spirit, we combined elements unique to each of us, including the opportunity to source bourbon barrels that held B&E’s Trees maple syrup for 15 months. We knew a collaboration project of this magnitude called for it to be brewed at both facilities. For us, the road to Amherst; for them, the road to Decorah. An overnight boil, no adjuncts, and unique casks were the guiding triumvirate for this project.
