Pours a copper orange color with no head and nice lacing. The aroma and flavor shows notes of dusty apple, wildflower honey, apple brandy oak, and light spice with some boozy sweetness. Full bodied and smooth and an Apple Brandy finish. Damn good stuff.

This was pretty interesting. Aged in a barrel that held a Toppling Goliath stout. Originally apple brandy barrel. Nice wildflower honey gives this deep floral notes. Mild touch of apple brandy note w some wood spice & tannin Overall smooth, sweet, & tasty
