Triple Barrel Prestige

Unquestionably a bourbon drinker’s mead.

A blend of Orange Blossom and Meadowfoam honey, this tradition spent over 3 years running through 3 different barrels. Resting in hand selected Knob Creek and Elijah Craig barrels first, the final year of slumber was spent in a rum barrel.

While big and boozy with plenty of tannin behind it, we went with a recipe that we felt could hold up to the extreme aging over time.

A sweet mead at it’s core, these two honeys compliment the character these barrels passed along.

Vanilla, wood spice, toffee, tobacco, lacquer, cherry, plantain and a multitude of other flavors make themselves present with the massive spirit profile. Show Less
