10th Anniversary Collaboration #7 Smoothie Sour

When we put together the team for this collab we wanted to team up with some of our favorite fruited sour beers makers and friends. They all have different approaches, but all make awesome sour ales. For a 10th anniversary sour we went with a shared love, the margarita, specifically a strawberry lime margarita. We blended in some anejo tequila aged seltzer into the base beer to add some tequila character along with strawberries, lime, a hint of tangerine puree, and some soft serve ice cream for extra body.
