Conceptially, I hate this. But this is a results-oriented business and like a lot of the other Fizzees, this is frankly delicious. Taste like the real thing and honestly, it’s just well-executed. Boo, and also yay.

Peach flesh for days. Notable that this is a blend of mature lambics so there’s less sharpness to distract from the deep fruit flavor. The peach varietals are 3F’s best IMO.

Can rating. Gorgeous brew. Massive Nelson white grape character. A big beer in every sense. A little hot for sure and a bit sweet as it warms. Probably do well to let these cans sit for a couple weeks, but reminiscent of the stuff that put Veil on the map

Like some crypto-zoological marvel, this beer has managed to elude me every year. A couple of hours ago I walked into the TW in town, which never has anything. And yet… This is a delight. Full body and texture, fresh enough (2/21) to properly rate.
