Land of the Dark Night Sky combines our newest selections of the most coveted hops from the Pacific Northwest in the United States and from the Nelson region of New Zealand. Inspired by the impossibly dark skies found near both areas, Land of the Dark Night Sky oozes with expressive hop character thanks to a substantial tweak to our hot-side hopping approach. It pours an appealing juicy yellow color into the glass and hits overwhelming citrus and juicy white wine notes. A solid bitterness at the end of the sip invites you to take another.
