Picking up way more smokey, oakly, spice notes than the old malty sweetness from original years. Can’t say aging didn’t help or hurt, but definitely changed the profile from malty to smoked/ oaky

Maple and coffee has mellowed nicely. I wish the brew had a bit more ABV but I’m guessing cellaring took that away. It’s thin, but I’m thinking it was thin to begin with back in the day.
