MC² is Photon’s big brother. We literally took Photon’s hopping rate and squared it. This DIPA is our tribute to the amazing relationship that energy and mass are balanced, proportional to the speed of a photon squared. It pours a hazy tangerine color, releasing bright tropical notes of mango, pineapple, and apricot. MC² tastes like succulent mango juice loaded with chewy hop resins. It’s very drinkable for 8.0%; be careful, this one can sneak up on you. Read Less

Fluctuations from the sun hurl particles of plasma towards earth and create the dramatic display known as the Aurora Borealis. Fluctuation is our 8.1 % DIPA that releases bright tropical notes of passion fruit, mango, pineapple, and lychee with an undercurrent of sorbet and cream. Fluctuation tastes highly resinous and tropical with an assertive yet soft bitterness and our #EQjuice finish. Fluctuation features the Aurora Borealis, illustrated by local artist, Julia Green. A wavelength is the distance between identical points in the adjacent cycles of a waveform signal propagated in space and describes the flow of Photons

We started with oats and white wheat for a base before adding Simcoe and Mosaic to the whirlpool. To get some berry medley notes going we dry hopped with Mosaic and Citra at a 2:1 ratio. Wavelength pours bright yellow with aromas of citrus and stone fruit with crushable flavors of mango and berry with a light refreshing finish. Read Less

Energy Equals is a companion beer to MC². It completes the equation. We start with MC² as a base and incorporate the well received process we like to refer to as the ‘Energy Dry Hop’ which gives this beer an intense brightness and flavor. Energy Equals has enhanced flavor characteristics of mango, pineapple, citrus, and apricot. With the new technique in place, we notice a much deeper flavor profile while being extremely bright and lighter in body. It’s extremely crushable with our EQ juice finish. Read Less

This is a very important beer to us. The Enso circle is our Brewery’s logo and is a symbol of balance, creation, and life. The impossible task of hand drawing a perfect circle creates the imperfections and details that exactly make the Enso beautiful. The beauty of imperfection is what drives us to develop, grow, innovate, and improve in a quest for balance and perfection. We could think of no better symbol to represent our work as a craft brewery as we share our journey and our path while we strive for balance and amazing beer. We’re thrilled that you take this journey with us.

We took aspects of our favorite past brews and integrated them to express a single manifestation of Equilibrium. Enso takes the grain bill and fermentation of dHop5, uses a hybrid Citra/Galaxy hopbill of dHop5 and Dreamwave Fluctuation, a touch of lactose like Dreamwave Fluctuation, and applies our energy treatment.

Enso pours a beautiful milky bright yellow with aromas of passion fruit, assorted citrus, pineapple, and sorbet. The flavor has bright notes of passion fruit, melon, and peach all coming together in a creamy lime push pop ending. This beer is soft and drinkable and ends with our signature #EQjuice finish in perfectly balanced form. Read Less

We love science and we have been feverishly working in the lab to bring you our most recent achievements. We started with the Straight Outta Middletown grain bill, supersized the citra portion, applied our latest and greatest technology (think of the EQ juice in raining belma and last batch of MC²) and ended up with January Fluctuation on steroids with the most amount of EQ juice to date.

Straight Outta The Laboratory pours a hazy bright tangerine and has aromas of freshly squeezed citrus, lime, grapefruit, and a tropical character that makes actual tropical fruit green with envy. The flavor is explosive with notes of bright tropical orange juice, mango smoothie, and dank grass. It’s resinous and chewy with an escalating brightness and a just a touch of residual sweetness balanced by a soft bitterness. We are particularly proud of this beer as it’s the culmination of months and months of hard work (since January Fluctuation). Read Less

A Fulcrum is the point on which a lever rests. The fulcrum pivots and adjusts to keep everything in balance and as close to ideal as possible given the situation. The craft beer industry has been thrown for a loop these last few weeks and we have all been doing our best to pivot and find our fulcrum. Along with our friends and peers we’ve tried to adapt during these difficult times. We want this beer to be a reminder that even under less than ideal situations, find your resiliency and let’s bounce back and grow from the challenge.

Fulcrum was brewed with a base of white wheat and oats for a soft base. We added Citra and Idaho-7 in the whirlpool and dry hopped it with Nelson, Strata, and Citra. Fulcrum pours a beautiful vivid yellow. As soon as you crack it open bright notes of grass and citrus permeate. Flavors of passionfruit, cannabis, and white wine grapes meld together beautifully with each sip. The buildup of dank juicy fruit counters with a light and balanced bittereness in the finish offering a fulcrum for a beer with such unique and powerful flavor. Read Less

Dream Lab pours a glowing opaque tangerine color releasing aromas of passion fruit, lime, peach, and pineapple all integrated with a bright citrus backdrop. The taste is a bright creamy tropical flavor loaded with a big juicy profile. Its escalating brightness is buoyed by a soft velvety mouth feel making it extremely well balanced and drinkable. Governing Forces is our follow up to dC/dt and is the most technologically advanced DIPA we’ve made to date by reexamining the basic properties of our new hardware. We’ve made several refinements to our new setup to bring more aroma and EQ juice into this beer. Governing Forces received a healthy dose of citra and amarillo supported by a mixed grain bill.

Governing Forces pours a glowing tangerine and has aromas of tropical orange zest, melon, and a distinct tropical character of EQ juice. The flavor is orange smoothie, melon for days, and dank grass with a gummy resinous character that makes your mouth chew if you man up and take a full sip. This all balanced by a soft bitterness to keep you going sip-after-sip. Read Less
