This DIPA is a journey through Nelson Sauvin, a hop which we think brings oodles of complexity and breadth to any beer it's in. The base of this beer is made up of pilsner malt, oats and wheat to bring a lavish, creamy body. Nelson was used on the hot and cold side and it brings soft, waxy bitterness with a herbal, resinous fruit character bouncing with gooseberry, white grape, sweet nectarine and honeydew melon. The finish is long, smooth and refreshingly bitter with a zippy burst of lime peel at the very end. Read Less

Our take on a classic Helles, unfiltered and unadulterated, brewed with German Pilsner Malt & supported with a light touch of American hops leading to a clean, crisp finish.

Beautifully hopped in kettle & given 6 weeks of conditioning time this has all of the qualities we love in this style - a refreshing, slightly pithy citrus front end with clean, yeast-lead notes & a slight bitterness on the finish bringing eminent drinkability. A slightly higher finishing gravity than most boosts some of the citrus fruit character. In short this one's an absolute crusher. Read Less

A beautifully balanced hop which adds a huge breadth of aroma and flavour to any beer or all on its own as it is in this wonderfully aromatic IPA. A simple grain bill of pilsner malt, oats and wheat with 21 g/L of Nelson on the dry hop. Enticing aromas of honeysuckle, apple pie crust and pink grapefruit follow through on the palate with the addition of ripe gooseberry, medium-dry Riesling and honeydew. Delicate bitterness leads into a melody of lime marmalade and bassy, mellow nectarine. Read Less
