I finally opened this!! It still has the Sharp carbonation with good amount of Acidity!! Everything has mellowed, but you still get the Plum and Raspberry notes with some floral elements!! Very Drinkable on this beautiful day!!

Sugary Cinnamon Bomb upfront followed by subtle pecan with light Vanilla with a touch of brown sugar comes through on the finish! The Barrel HEAT has a nice warmth to it then begins to dry out! The flavors fight each other but still FullBodied and smooth!
