Great nose of rye, alcohol. Full body, smooth af, med sweetness, light bitterness. Wow. This is excellent. I understand why the final blend is so good. I had 2 of the 3 beers so far and they are all amazing. All of the Coniferous beers are world class.

Intense grapefruits on the nose. Med body, juicy, med sweetness, med bitter finish. Enjoyed it but a tad too much on the grapefruits to enjoy it more.

Nelson is the most present hop in here but I don't mind. It's juicy af. This beer tastes more like Le Ketch than BreWskey but that's fine. Great beer.
