2024.04.30. People at De Garde do excel at making sour ales with stone fruits I think. With its sweet aromas of peach and nectarine it felt like drinking nectarine juice dripping from the crooked hole of wooden barrels. So nice.

2024.04.30. A mild, effervescent ale with weak funkiness and lemony characters. The scent of wood and rustic aromas went well with the gentle sweetness of its biscuity malts. A bit watery and very easy to drink.

2024.04.30. Super thick and fully flavored with tropical and citrus juice. Soft, smooth, and melt-ice-cream-like mouthfeel and texture. Heavy-bodied. Very fluffy. Very juicy. Strongly sweet, but quite drinkable too.

2024.04.30. The lightest ale from the Ale Apothecary I’ve ever had. Very watery.. tasted like sport drink even.. Mild acidity with lemony and stone fruit tastes. The funkiness was quite weak, so it was hardly noticeable, but with good saison characters.
