A little surprised, considering the use of Southern Hemisphere hops, which I definitely favor. Smooth, slightly watery. Notes of mango, peach 🍑, and very light pineapple 🍍. Strawberry shows up as it warms. Not much bitterness. 4.35

Interesting WC IPA. Clean, great flavor from the hops, and nice bitterness also. Not rewriting the record books, but a very nice traditional style IPA.
