Philip White is drinking a Temporalis #0017 by Messorem at Messorem Bracitorium
This 17th edition of the series features a charged up hop bill leading to a flavorful, creamy, but very sweet mouthfeel. Notes of citrus, orange & grapefruit dominate while a slight bitter, dank & zesty presence characterize the smooth finish.

Philip White is drinking a PACTE FUNÈBRE by BreWskey at Untappd at Home
This collab features a sensational tropical-forward flavor profile & a beautiful creamy texture but unfortunately the mouthfeel is kind of spoiled by an overwhelming sweetness that is very hard to handle (solo at least) even for a Triple IPA. Still tasty.

Philip White is drinking a Péché Mortel Bourbon (2019) by Brasserie Dieu du Ciel! at Untappd at Home
The quintessential Bourbon Barrel-aged Stout in Québec in my opinion and this vintage does not disappoint. Rich & warming Bourbon-forward profile with prominent oakey, coffee and vanilla flavors. Thanks for the unexpected gift Marc E. 👌🐍

Philip White is drinking a Dublin Machin by Noire et Blanche Microbrasserie at Microbrasserie Noire et Blanche
Classic & approachable Dry Stout, creamer-served, featuring a lovely, slick and dense head trapping all of the aromas present in the beer. Delicate roasted malt & coffee notes mainly characterize the flavor profile. Nicely done!
Purchased at Microbrasserie Noire et Blanche
This final round starts strong with this offering starring an incredibly pleasant & slick texture & an impressive flavor accuracy. With just a little more acidity intensity, this beer would have reached a 5/5 in my opinion. My pick as this years winner!🏅
