🇪🇪/🇵🇱 After a disappointment yesterday (Vaquero Breakfast) this seems to more than make up for it. Amazing apple brandy nose. Alcohol, sweetness, caramel and roasted malt. The flavor is even more amazing… strong, rich, balanced… delicious all the way.

🇪🇪 Really sweet syrupy and sugary nose… some maple (?) and Bourbon notes. The flavor is also very (too) sweet. Alcohol, some tequila, syrupy and Bourbon sweetness. I was expecting more. The chipotle is really subdued. Bottled 15/02/2021.

🇫🇮 Quite typical Saison nose… malty, grainy… with Belgian yeast and some toffee sweetness. The flavor is mild… grainy malty, mildly sweet, and somewhat yeasty. Really mild and smooth? Canned on 09/04/2024. What’s the difference between elk and moose?
