Super light, super dry. Basically just allagash white with the addition of some minimal, watered down citrus notes. A little bland.

Bracing acid from start to finish. There is so much citrus that it’s hard to pinpoint any one flavor, but there’s definitely a very nice citrus mash character. Barrels are faint, but do add some background character.

Blueberry comes through nicely, with a buttery roundness on the edges. Creamy yogurt. Pretty high acid, but relatively smooth. Ultimately a little more acid than I care for. Kinda one note.

Lavender and chamomile on nose. Lots of soft chamomile on taste, lavender, faint lemon, baking spices. Really pairs nicely with light bites. Soft, delicate, but a fantastic bottle.

Weird and not particularly good. Big bitter roast completely clashes with odd mix of blue and red fruit. Black coffee. Off putting cough medicine flavor. Maple syrup sweetness. No harmony.
