Beter dan de 10 die ik vorig jaar had. Duidelijk op leeftijd, maar nog steeds veel Bourbon en wat cacaoroast.

In verhouding met Rare 2015 is dit bier nog absurd goed op smaak. Voor 14 jaar is het barrel prominent aanwezig. Ondanks dat de basis zacht is geworden. Boozy, flink in het barrel, Bourbon. Cacao, roast, een hintje zoethout. Prachtig. Eindelijk afgetikt.
